1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RocketLog ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RocketLog is a trading journal platform that integrates with Discord to help traders track, analyze, and share their trading activity. We provide tools for logging trades, generating reports, and analyzing trading performance.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• FREE: 50 trades per month with basic features
• PRO: $19/month or $190/year - Unlimited trades
• PREMIUM: $49/month or $490/year - Unlimited trades plus advanced reports and analytics

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Update your information promptly if your payment method changes
• Pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified and given the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. For refund details, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Share your account credentials with others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RocketLog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your trading data, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON DATA FROM OUR SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKETLOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketLog and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
