At RocketLog, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our subscription services.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our Pro and Premium plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • You must request the refund within 7 days of purchase

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you forget to cancel before renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Interruptions

If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using key features for an extended period, we may offer a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion.

5. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Account Settings
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm

When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle unless you qualify under our 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Unused subscription time (you pay for access, not usage)
  • Trading losses or poor trading performance
  • Downgrade from Premium to Pro or Pro to Free (no credit is provided)

8. Annual Subscriptions

Annual (yearly) subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After the 7-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

9. Free Trial and Free Tier

Our Free tier does not require payment and is not subject to refunds. We encourage you to use the Free tier to evaluate our service before upgrading to a paid plan.
