We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our Pro and Premium plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
To qualify for this guarantee:
Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you forget to cancel before renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using key features for an extended period, we may offer a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion.
